The Bedfordshire RSG is for anyone interested in primary languages, with a special welcome for colleagues from schools in the very early stages of introducing primary languages as well for those further down the line. Trainee teachers, too, are warmly invited to join in our activities. Sessions will be held in Luton and Bedford.

We were a select gathering for this first session of the school year, which enabled us to have a good discussion about how we saw languages being embedded in the wider curriculum. We tried out a range of activities and those of us more familiar with French were glad of the presence of Spanish assistant Gloria's help with some new language.
