This handbook was produced in 2004 for trainers and teachers wishing to learn how to teach Spanish to their pupils. The central, and larger, part of this handbook contains the teaching and learning programme. There are 12 sessions. Each session contains a number of activities. Some of these activities are led by the trainers. Others have been designed for teachers to be on task in working groups. Others involve the teachers in tasks or activities that they can adapt and use with children in their own classrooms.
